Not only is this going to relieve a lot of pain, but it will also prepare your body for delivery, which can lead to shorter labor. Your baby is going to be in the optimal position once it’s time to push! Once your baby is born, you can continue to come in for care to resolve the back pain that goes along with parenthood.
