Haunted Hayride At Daly Mansion

251 Eastside Hwy, Hamilton, Montana 59840

The Daly Mansion is a sprawling estate nestled on over 26 acres of land out in the outskirts of Hamilton. Dating back to 1886, this house has plenty of claims about hauntings and other paranormal activity. Whether or not there’s any actual merit, however, is up to you. Regardless of how you feel about the Daly Mansion ghosts, you are still guaranteed to get lots of thrills this fall with their annual Haunted Hayride and other activities in Hamilton, MT. This event lasts for two days and weaves together gothic literature with classic scares for an experience unlike any other. The event happens the last weekend of October and is an amazing time for families of all ages!

Field of Screams

1497 Hwy 93 N, Victor, Montana 59875

Field of Screams is a chilling Hamilton, MT fall experience that lets you choose your level of thrills. During the day, this spot is pretty family-friendly with wagon rides across the farm. You can tour the area, spend some time on the PlaHAY Ground, or get lost in the corn maze. Once you’re done with all this, you can head over to the pumpkin patch and pick out your perfect jack-o-lantern.

Once night rolls around, the property turns up the scares with several haunted attractions. From zombies to creepy clowns, you’ll find no shortage of ghouls! The center offers several zombie-free nights throughout each season, specifically for families. Just check the calendar ahead of time to be sure!

Stevensville Scarecrow Festival

Main Street, Stevensville, Montana 59870

The Stevensville Scarecrow Festival is a local Hamilton, MT area fall tradition that has been a staple for two decades. Each September, different businesses and individuals go to work creating a scarecrow to compete in the contest. There are several categories, including a contest just for kids. Then, for two weeks in October, you can walk throughout Main Street and see all the entrees. The organizers do a great job keeping it all family-friendly, so you don’t have to worry about any major scares. In addition to the scarecrows, the town has a pumpkin carving contest where the very best can come to compete!
