If you have been dreaming about a home-like environment for your delivery, I really think New Beginnings Birth Center might be your place! Yes, this is an offering through the hospital, but they’ve ditched the sterile feeling for a comfortable, modern space where you can labor your way. Before your labor begins, you will be connected with their OB-GYN team, who will be there throughout your entire pregnancy. They will monitor your health and your baby while working with you to create your ideal birth plan.
Once your contractions begin, you will head into the practice where you will have your own private room. Throughout your labor, you will have a flat screen television as well as a bed for your support person. If you would prefer a more natural approach to pain management, your bathroom will come equipped with a jacuzzi tub. They also have tools like epidurals and nitrous oxide.
In the case of a C-section, you will have access to a fully equipped operating room. It’s right next to the laboring rooms for easy continued care.
