I wasnt sure what exactly to expect, but it was pure magic from the moment we walked in. Santa took his time with our kids - letting them warm up naturally. No rushed smiles or stiff sitting on his lap. They shared cookies, read a Christmas story, and you could FEEL the excitement in the room. They each got a gift at the end - not a janky gumball machine gift but something nice that they can keep for a long time!
